    Tobacco is considered as one of the indonesia’s main commodities which is has a significant contribution in the national’s economic condition. Mostly production of tobacco leaf used for domestic cigarette production and export purposes. The regulation states that the tobacco moisture conditions have a very important role in a cigarette production activity. Industrial process control system in the modern era is usually refers to the automation system controller, where the role of man is no longer dominant . The automation system has many functions one of them as the tobacco moisture sorter which runs automatically . The program was created by the tobacco sorting CodeVisionAVR to operate the system. Programs that have been saved then transfered to the ATmega16 Microcontroller hardware, with the hope of operation can succeed. This sorting using conveyor controller in an automated process. Based on the experimental results of the tool shows the system is running successfully. This system is monitoring of dampness rate of tobacco, knowing the amount of tobacco which get away the test by standart is certain, controlling appliance of separation of certain equipments and tobacco needing monitoring optimize. Monitoring of tobacco dampness done by censor of electrode dampness. Programming Borland Delphi 7.0 can present result of monitoring from the censor. And also can process of data and the save data in tables record of found on Microsoft Access. Tables Record used for the record of data for example date, time, result of rate of tobacco dampness and also boldness get away or reject from the tobacco. Beside that program of Borland Delphi 7.0 earn the process data and present the data in the form of graph of tobacco dampness to time taken by every certain time period. The examination of tobacco dampness monitoring system have work better.     Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is an adaptation of TRA introduced by Davis. The purpose of TAM is devoted to explaining the behavior of the users computer (computer usage behavior). The importance of internet and of the TAM antecedents of its website, however, change with experience. Aim of this study was to design and analysis the use of technology toward online transaction using TAM framework.In this research, the design of website of micro enterprises using TAM Framework. The sample is 15 respondents who make transaction online in Semarang.The method analysis use in this research is descriptive analysis. In this research used some technologies like: HTML, this is the basis of website. The result of this study HTML and CSS are used for the rapidly responsive website design. The results of the analysis is known that most of the respondents agreed on the use of online transaction technology using TAM framework. New findings/significance of contributionalmost all respondents agreed to answer the TAM framework applied in website design to facilitate online transactions. Hasil analisis diketahui bahwa sebagian besar responden sepakat mengenai penggunaan teknologi transaksi online dengan menggunakan kerangka TAM.Temuan baru / signifikansi kontribusi hampir semua responden menjawab setuju menggunakan kerangka TAM yang diterapkan dalam desain website untuk memudahkan transaksi online.     Dengue fever is one of the main public health problems in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to know the endemic area of dengue fever by using AHP and SMARTER method. AHP method is used to define the priority criteria, and SMARTER method is used to determine the final weight of criteria based on Rank Order Centroid (ROC) calculation. The result of research using AHP and SMARTER method get the rank order. The alternative ranks are rank 1 with the highest weight of 0.572 is Tembalang subdistrict. The lowest weight of 0.367 is Tugu and Mijen subdistricts. Alternatives with the highest Weight become the first priority in obtaining policies to cope with dengue cases. After that, followed by the rank order below because priority to tackle dengue fever case is done based on the order of ranking of each alternative. In addition, humidity criteria is very influential on the determination of dengue endemic areas with the highest weight criterion 0.46. Keywords—AHP, SMARTER, dengue feve

    CLOUD COMPUTING REGRESI LOGISTIK MULTINOMIAL UNTUK MENGANALISIS DATA IBU MENINGGAL PADA MASA POSTPARTUM

    Analisis yang digunakan dalam menangani faktor-faktor kematian ibu pada masa postpartum dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan dalam mencegah kematian ibu pada masa postpartum. Diperlukan analisis yang tepat untuk mengurangi tingkat kematian ibu pada masa postpartum. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi logistik multinomial untuk manganalisis data ibu meninggal pada masa postpartum berdasarkan variabel-variabel utama penyebab kematian ibu. Proses regresi logistik multinomial dilakukan dengan cara melihat rekaman data variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh pada kematian ibu. Pada percobaan pertama menggunakan data kunjungan bidan selama tujuh hari didapat hasil proses regresi logistik multinomial dengan nilai kematian ibu tertinggi terjadi pada hari keempat dengan variabel anogenital mencapai presentase 32,4% penyebab ibu meninggal. Proses regresi logistik multinomial digabungkan dengan teknologi cloud computing sehingga data yang tersimpan lebih aman dan dapat digunakan secara bersama-sama. Kata Kunci : Cloud Computing, Regresi Logistik Multinomial, Postpartum, Kematian Ibu The analysis used in dealing with maternal mortality factors in the postpartum period can be used as a reference for preventing maternal death in the postpartum period. Appropriate analysis is needed to reduce maternal mortality rates in the postpartum period. This study uses multinomial logistic regression to analyze the data of mothers dying in the postpartum period based on the main variables causing maternal death. Multinomial logistic regression process is carried out by looking at data records of variables that influence maternal mortality. In the first experiment using data from midwife visits for seven days, the results of the multinomial logistic regression process with the highest maternal mortality occurred on the fourth day with the variable anogenital reaching a percentage of 32,4% of the causes of maternal death. Multinomial logistic regression processes are combined with cloud computing technology so that stored data is safer and can be used together.     ALGORITMA JARINGAN SYARAF TIRUAN PROPAGASI BALIK UNTUK PREDIKSI TINGGI MUKA AIR

    Banjir menimbulkan kerugian ekonomi atau bahkan menyebabkan kehilangan jiwa. Untuk mengantisipasi banjir dan dampak yang ditimbulkan, harus dibangun teknik yang tepat untuk prediksi banjir termasuk sistem peringatan dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan algoritma jaringan syaraf tiruan propagasi balik untuk prediksi tinggi muka air dan menghasilkan sistem informasi prediksi banjir secara online berbasis web. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan algoritma jaringan syaraf tiruan propagasi balik. Algoritma ini terdapat 3 tahapan dalam proses pelatihan, yaitu umpan maju, perhitungan dan propagasi balik. Data yang digunakan adalah data yang berasal dari laboratorium fisika Universitas Diponegoro. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan algoritma jaringan syaraf tiruan propagasi balik untuk prediksi tinggi muka air dapat menghasilkan prediksi yang baik. Oleh karena itu hal ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk memprediksi banjir secara nyata berdasarkan ketinggian air di tempat tertentu. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh MSE pada iterasi pertama sebesar 0.0142, MSE terkecil yang memenuhi batas treshold sebesar 0.000002420 dan akurasi data sebesar 98.66%. Artinya secara umum dapat dikatakan penerapan jaringan syaraf tiruan propagasi balik untuk prediksi tinggi muka air, menghasilkan prediksi yang baik, karena prediksi yang dihasilkan mendekati data aktual. To anticipate floods and impacts, appropriate techniques should be developed for flood prediction including early warning systems. The aim of this research is to apply the back propagation neural network algorithm for water level prediction and produce web-based flood prediction information system. The system is built using a back propagation neural network algorithm. This algorithm has 3 stages in the training process, that is forward feed, calculation and back propagation. The data used is data derived from the physics laboratory of Diponegoro University. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the application of back propagation neural network algorithm for flood prediction can produce good prediction. Therefore this can be a reference for predicting floods significantly based on water levels in certain places. In this study obtained MSE at the first iteration of 0.0142, the smallest MSE that meets the limit of treshold of 0.000002420 and data accuracy of 98.66%. This means that in general the application of back propagation neural networks to predict water level, produce good predictions, because the predictions produced close to the actual data.     An instrument of pulse generator of ultrasonic wave and its implementation for distance measurement between two objects have been created through analysis using oscilloscope. This ultrasonic wave may be used in a distance measurement, material reflection analysis, and product’s depth. An ultrasonic oscillator is made with set of IC 555 as the setter of pulse amount and multi vibrator mono stabile set of IC 555 as the oscillator of ultrasonic frequency, pulse amplifier through transistor BD 139. An ultrasonic transducer using transducer 400ST/R160 and micro controller AT89S51 is used for time setter. In the amplifier set of ultrasonic receiver, Op-amp CA 3204 is used. AT89S51 is used for time setter that is made repeatedly in order that the bounce may be read on oscilloscope through P1.0. After conducting an experiment, the effective working area frequency in pulse generator of ultrasonic wave is obtained in the frequency of 38.23 kHz. In the experiment on the amount of effective pulse, the maximum reach effectively is 16 pulses. In the experiment on the distance between two objects, the writer finds out that an instrument linier grade is 0.81773 against standard measurement with R=0.99954 and SD=0.457. Meanwhile on the material reflectivity test, the writer may concludes that the bigger material mass, the bigger its reflectivity

    It has been designed and realized the system settings for temperature and humidity in the greenhouse plants based Borland Delphi 7.0. The main obstacle in the agricultural sector to provide raw materials for industry is the lack of agricultural land in Indonesia, these problems can be overcome by using a greenhouse equipped with setting physical parameters such as temperature and humidity required in the plant. For setting the temperature and humidity of the air in the system using a microcontroller ATmega8535 as serial data transmission device to the computer. As used SHT11 humidity sensor. The output of the sensor directly sent to the microcontroller ATmega8535 on pins A0 and A1. Measured data from the sensor is sent serially to the computer using the RS-232 protocol. From the research that has been done, Borland Delphi 7.0 is obtained that can display the measured data from the sensor SHT11 humidity in the form of air humidity and temperature graphs over time and is capable of storing the data in the table settings contained in Microsoft Access. From the results of the testing instrument setting temperature and humidity in the greenhouse can be used with a range between 35â—¦C and 25â—¦C-humidity of 35% -80%. The tests are performed with standard measuring tool is a tool-hyrgometer thermometer and test results obtained quantitatively.     Analisis kinerja dosen pada instansi pendidikan tinggi memiliki peran penting untuk mengembangkan sumber daya manusia bagi dosen di perguruan tinggi. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam proses analisis kinerja adalah algoritma C4.5 dan metode Forward Chaining. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan algoritma C4.5 dan metode Forward Chaining untuk analisis kinerja dosen.Algoritma C4.5 dan metode Forward Chaining dapat digunakan untuk mendesain pohon keputusan, pohon keputusan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk melihat besarnya pengaruh dari setiap variabel meliputi pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian, pengabdian masyarakat dan kegiatan penunjang terhadap kinerja dosen sesuai kewajiban yang disyaratkan dalam sistem sasaran kinerja pegawai (SKP) dosen. Penelitian ini menghasilkan pohon keputusan yang dapat digunakan untuk analisis kinerja dosen, dari hasil analisis menunjukan bahwabidang penelitian memiliki pengaruh paling besar atas faktor yang menjadi alasan kenapa dosen tidak dapat memenuhi target kinerja yang diwajibkan. Performance analysis of lecturers in higher education institutions has an important role to develop human resources for lecturers in universities. One method that can be used in the performance analysis process is the algorithm C 4.5 and the Forward Chaining method. The research aims to implement the C 4.5 algorithm and the Forward Chaining method for lecturer performance analysis. C 4.5 algorithm and Forward Chaining method can be used to design the decision tree, the decision tree can be used to see the magnitude of influence of each variable including education and teaching, research, community service and supporting activities to the performance of lecturers in accordance with the obligation required in the employee performance target system (SKP) lecturer. This research resulted in a decision tree that can be used for lecturer performance analysis, from the analysis showed that the field of research has the most influence on the reasons why the lecturer could not meet the target the required performance.     SISTEM INFORMASI KLASIFIKASI SISWA PENERIMA KARTU INDONESIA PINTAR (KIP) MENGGUNAKAN METODE DECISION TREE DENGAN ALGORITMA C4.5

    Penelitian ini bermaksud membuat perangkat lunak yang mampu membuat data analisis di sekolah untuk mengklasifikasikan siswa yang berhak menerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar. Ini merupakan program pemerintah yang bertujuan untuk membiayai pendidikan sekolah secara gratis, untuk anak-anak dari keluarga miskin. Permasalahan kemudian muncul ketika kartu tersebut didistribusikan kepada siswa, beberapa anak dari keluarga miskin tidak mendapatkannya tetapi beberapa dari keluarga kaya atau mampu secara ekonomi mendapatkannya. Analisis dan cara yang tepat sangat diperlukan agar distribusi Kartu Indonesia Pintar dapat tepat sasaran bagi siswa yang memenuhi syarat kurang mampu secara ekonomi atau miskin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pohon keputusan dengan algoritma C4.5 untuk mengklasifikasikan siswa yang berhak menerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar. Dengan cara mengklasifikasikan siswa dalam kategori-kategori yang nanti akan membentuk aturan-aturan klasifikasi. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan algoritma C4.5 untuk menentukan metode pohon keputusan. Data penelitian dilakukan di SMP 1 Jatibarang, Brebes. Data penelitian 150 siswa, dengan 120 sebagai data pelatihan sementara 30 sebagai data pengujian. Dari hasil pengujian yang ketepatannya adalah 97%, terbukti metode ini memiliki akurasi yang tinggi sehingga aplikasi dapat membantu pengambil keputusan memecahkan masalah distribusi kepada siswa yang memenuhi syarat. Dampaknya distribusi Kartu Indonesia Pintar akan tepat sasaran, sehingga siswa miskin akan mendapatkan haknya untuk menerima Kartu Indonesia Pintar. It was a government program that aims to finance school education free of charge, for children from poor families. Problems arose when the distribution to students, some children from poor families did not get it but rich families actually got it. Analysis and the right way are needed so that the distribution can be right on target to eligible students. This study used a decision tree method with C4.5 algorithm to classify students who are entitled to receive the Indonesian Smart Card. This application is developed with C4.5 algorithm to determine the decision tree method. Research data was carried out at Junior High School One of Jatibarang, Brebes. Data record of 150 students, with 120 as training data while 30 as testing data. From the test results were accuracy was 97%, it is proven this method has a high accuracy so that the application can help the decision makers solved the distribution problems to eligible students.
